Before Your Appointment
Thank you so much for choosing AFEAT Hair Salon.
To make sure every visit feels smooth and comfortable for all our clients, we kindly ask you to take a moment to read the terms and conditions below before your appointment. These guidelines help us deliver consistent service and manage our schedule with care. By booking with us you are agreeing to the policies outlined here, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Booking policy
& Payment
To secure your appointment a deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit amount can vary depending on the service and will be shown during the online booking process. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a notification via SMS or email.
We offer a range of payment options including cash direct debit Afterpay Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation
& Reschedule
Please give us at least 24 hours notice for any changes.
- More than 24 hours notice, Your deposit is kept as Timely credit.
- Refund deposit for Cancelled Appointments (more than 24 hours notice)
Online deposit payments include a non-refundable processing fee.
For refunds, we return the deposit minus the TimelyPay fee (1.75% + $0.30)
because this fee is not returned to us by the payment provider.
- Within 24 hours, Cancellations, reschedules, or no shows within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrival
If you are running late please let us know as soon as you can.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to shorten or cancel your service so that it does not affect the next client’s appointment.
In these cases the deposit will be forfeited.
Thank you for understanding that we allocate this time especially for you and want to maintain a smooth experience for everyone.
Complimentary Adjustment
Your satisfaction is really important to us. If you feel that something needs a small adjustment please contact us within 14 days of your original appointment.
We are more than happy to organise a complimentary fix up session to bring your hair closer to what we discussed during your consultation.
Please note that major style changes or new colour requests fall outside of adjustments and will be treated as a new service.
Referrals
We truly appreciate it when you share AFEAT with your friends.
If someone you refer completes an appointment with us you will receive 10% off your next visit as a thank you from our team.
Weekend, Public Holidays Surcharge
A 10 percent surcharge applies to all services booked on weekends and public holidays.
This helps us support our team fairly during these peak times and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Children
Children’s services booked on weekdays are offered at a 20% discount from the regular price.
Children’s services booked on weekends and public holidays are charged at the regular adult price.
Thank you for understanding as these peak times require us to follow our standard service structure.
