Afeat Hair Salon

We kindly ask that you take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions and In-Salon Policies before booking or visiting us.

As a small and growing business, these guidelines help us provide a smooth, respectful, and consistent experience for everyone.

Please note that we may not be able to proceed with a booking if these terms are not respected, regardless of whether you are a new or returning client.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Booking

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation via SMS or email once your booking is complete. We accept cash, direct debit, Afterpay, Visa, and MasterCard.

Cancellation
& Reschedule

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us on (03) 9008 4539 or send a DM via @afeat_ on Instagram (during business hours only). Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited.

Complimentary Adjustment

We offer complimentary adjustment services within 14 days of your original appointment. If you're not fully satisfied, please let us know — we’ll happily arrange a fix-up session.

Referrals

Receive 10% off your next visit for each friend you refer who completes an appointment with us.

Weekend, Public Holidays Surcharge

10% surcharge applies to all services booked on weekends and public holidays.

Children

On weekends and public holidays, children's services are charged at the regular adult price.
